WLC Major Pro-seminar: The WLC 300 course has helped me fulfill MLO 6 & it has oriented me in the correct direction for my Capstone Project, which I will be working on during Spring 2018. It has prepared me with adequate information to fulfill the Learning Outcomes for the B.A in Spanish Language & Hispanic Cultures. For this course, its not only Spanish majors but also Japanese majors. We were able to collaborate as a class. We were introduced to research & technology as resources for our Capstone Projects. We learned how to write a personal statement and resume and throughout the semester we had various presentations from outside resources such as: the librarian, the education office, travel abroad and we met past students who had studied language at Cal State Monterey Bay. This course was so helpful and it has prepared me with great tools for my Capstone. Thanks to the guidance of the different professors, I feel confident I will succeed.
